A roomy and comfy 100 sqm apartment, ideal for four people, on the second floor of a building (with elevator; though NOT suitable for people with disabilities due to several steps at the entrance). It is situated in the elegant and quiet Della Vittoria district, close to major monuments and sports complexes, with excellent transport links via the nearby Metro Line A ('Ottaviano' station).
The accommodation comprises a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a study, and a small balcony.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.
We need such procedure to verify your IDs in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

-BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, double washbasin, shower enclosure;
-STUDY with desk;
FURTHER AMENITIES: air conditioning (ductless split system in both bedrooms), independent heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, kitchen fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

The accommodation enjoys a highly convenient location: situated in the elegant Quartiere XV Della Vittoria, it is just a short distance—via public transport—from the city's main historical and cultural attractions.
Among the many monuments in Rome, those closest to the property include Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain.
A stroll along the Lungotevere (Tiber Embankment) and the view from the Belvedere Primo Meridiano d'Italia are particularly striking.
For sports enthusiasts, the "Walk of Fame of Italian Sport" is nearby; this pedestrian path features plaques honoring numerous athletes and leads past various sports arenas to the Foro Italico and the Olympic Stadium. Then take the metro line A towards Battistini and get off at the 'Ottaviano' stop, from which you can reach the apartment in about 8 minutes on foot; -From the Rome-Termini train station it is possible to reach the property by taking the Line A metro to the 'Termini' stop and getting off at the 'Ottaviano' stop, reaching the property in approximately eight minutes on foot. -If you are traveling by car, parking is NOT included at the property.
