Welcome to our contemporary, designer loft with an extraordinary rooftop terrace! Enjoy absolute comfort, peace & retreat from reality with a stunning view facing a quiet apartment block yard & many Prague rooftops.
Located in the residential and hip neighbourhood of Prague's Vršovice, known for its fantastic, fast & reliable public transport connections to the centre as well as amazing food culture with many cafés & restaurants. Treat yourself to the highest level of luxury, style & de-stress. Our duplex is perfectly suited for a business trip, groups of friends or a casual stay with loved ones. Our duplex apartment consists of: Living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a bathtub on the 2nd floor Bathroom with a shower on the 1st floor Rooftop terrace with grill and seating Entrance hall Arrangements for sleeping: Master bedroom with king size bed Fold-out sofa in the living room Maximum capacity: 6 guests The apartment is fully and comfortably equipped as you can see in the photos, the best features are: - Rooftop terrace with grill and seating - High-speed internet - Projector and cinema screen - 4-seat dining table - Comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa - Fully equipped kitchen (stove, toaster, drip filtered coffee machine, fridge etc.) - Designer & antique furnishing - 2 bathrooms - Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, soap, shower gel, washing powder etc.) - Washer and dryer - Tea and coffee - Family-friendly equipment available upon request We are located in a building with an elevator and also with a beautiful and romantic yard garden which all tenants can enjoy as well. The whole apartment is yours and completely private. Please note that respecting the house rules and night silence is of the highest importance, we are located in a calm and peaceful residential building.

Please note that the elevator only stops on half floors due to the historical origins so you always have to climb a few stairs Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect the city tax upon your check-in. The city tax amounts to 50 CZK per person per night. Lately, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally.
However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances. Please be aware that as we are located on the rooftop and we do not have AC, it might be warmer in the apartment during the summer heat waves, however, we supply ventilators and all windows have blinds to help with natural heat regulation, but for someone sensitive to warm conditions, we wanted to mention this to avoid any discomfort. Please be aware that if you want to use the grill you will need to purchase charcoal on your own. Thank you for understanding! If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i loftlejligheden. Lejligheden lå helt perfekt og i de hyggeligste omgivelser. Vi nød terrassen rigtig meget. Michelle var meget sød, hjælpsom og imødekommende. Vi giver Michelle og lejligheden de bedste anbefalinger.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Apartment. Schönes Apartment, gut gelegen und die Dachterasse mit Grill ist bei gutem Wetter sehr toll und sogar ruhig. Alles war entsprechend den Beschreibungen und Michelle ist immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön! Man war schnell in der Innenstadt und die Dachterasse war wunderschön! Als Freundesgruppe war die offene Gestaltung lustig. Die Betten waren gemütlich und auch zu sechst war es sehr angenehm. Durch das Dachgeschoss war es im Sommer natürlich sehr heiß aber nachts ging es dann wieder! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
