Say Hola to the stunning Villa Vimar, sat within the popular resort of Playa Blanca.
This white-washed villa, with modern interiors and a private heated* pool, makes for the ideal getaway on this sunny island.
With an estimated 300 days of sun per year, Lanzarote is great for year-round sunshine.
And with a heated* pool, you can enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather.
Relax and unwind on one of the reclining sun loungers, whilst enjoying the company of a good book and a glass of sangria.
Alternatively, if you enjoy cooking, there's a BBQ for your alfresco dining, alongside a shaded covered terrace boasting magnificent views of the extinct volcanos. Inside, the villa is homely, with cosy sofas, a modern kitchen and floor-to ceiling patio doors, flooding the inside with natural light.
There are four generous bedrooms, including one with its own living area, and two with their own private ensuites. For fun-filled days out, Playa Blanca is a great choice, with its sandy beaches, seafront promenade, masses of delicious restaurants, boutique shops, and a waterpark. *Additional pool heating charges apply. Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca.
To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 1 step, there is also a ramp to the front door.
The front door has a width of 80cm whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide.
There are 5 steps down from the terrace to the pool area.
As can be seen in the images, the terrace is a mixture of tiles and artificial grass.
There is a small lip around the pool edge, whilst the pool itself has step access.
This is a ground floor property, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide.

Great relaxing stay in a beautiful villa but definitely needs a car or be prepared to taxi 10 minutes into resort. The elevated position means the views are great, although it also means you’re fully exposed to the wind!
