Casa Formentera VI is a five-suite villa inspired by the traditional architecture of Formentera, combining local design influences with contemporary comfort.
Arranged across a main house and a separate annex linked by a covered porch, the villa offers 220m² of living space set within a 600m² plot.
Features such as thick walls, carefully planned orientation and a double fireplace at the heart of the living area reflect the property's connection to the island's architectural heritage, while thoughtful details throughout contribute to a comfortable and practical living environment. Designed for relaxed stays, the villa is equipped with a range of modern amenities.
Each bedroom features independent air conditioning and heating, while the kitchen includes Siemens appliances such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Additional facilities include satellite television, bedroom safes, a laundry area with washer and dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine and bathrooms fitted with Porcelanosa rain-effect showers and bathtubs.
