The Villa welcomes you into an elegant and bright open-plan living area, featuring a comfortable TV corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences.
The entire living area is air-conditioned (heating/cooling). The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, all air-conditioned (heating/cooling). The villa also offers two bathrooms: one with a whirlpool bathtub and a second bathroom equipped with a spacious shower.

Villa Il Monaco is a beautiful detached villa with a private swimming pool and garden, located in the countryside of Modica. The property offers spacious outdoor areas meticulously maintained in every detail: an elegant garden with a lush green lawn, flowering plants, and majestic palm trees typical of the area, a large veranda with white stone flooring, and a spacious equipped patio, ideal for enjoying barbecue lunches and dinners in complete relaxation.
The heart of the villa is its refined swimming pool, set within natural stone, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days and relaxing comfortably on the sun loungers by the poolside. For the convenience of guests, the pool area is equipped with two outdoor showers and a dedicated bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort.
Three bicycles are also available for guests wishing to explore the surrounding area. Upon request and for an additional fee, the owner offers an exclusive cooking service, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy traditional local dishes prepared directly at the villa.
The property is located just a few kilometers from Modica, a magnificent Baroque town renowned for its architectural masterpieces, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nearby, guests can also visit the charming towns of Ragusa Ibla and Scicli.
Modica is also famous for the production of its renowned artisanal chocolate.
