Spanning an impressive 670 m2 and accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends looking for an unforgettable seaside retreat. The interior combines contemporary elegance with carefully selected amenities that provide both comfort and functionality.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a spacious living room with panoramic views of the sea and private pool, a stylish dining area with a large table for shared meals, and a designer kitchen with a modern island and high-end appliances.
This level also includes a children’s corner with toys and books, a gaming console for entertainment, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped laundry room. The first floor features three beautifully designed and air-conditioned bedrooms with direct access to balconies, as well as a stunning terrace overlooking the sea and mountains.
Guests also have access to three modern bathrooms, two walk-in wardrobes, and premium skincare products for an added touch of luxury. On the second floor, there is a comfortable office space with a sofa and work desk, ideal for combining work and leisure.
This level also offers a spacious terrace with sun loungers and an additional bathroom. The lower ground floor includes an additional bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a private cinema room, and a fully equipped gym for guests who wish to stay active during their stay. The outdoor area of Villa Elara is designed as a private oasis for relaxation and entertainment.
Guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels, and a tropical outdoor shower.
The villa also features a barbecue fire pit, beautifully landscaped gardens, and access to a children’s playground, making it ideal for both adults and families with children. Combining modern luxury, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and exceptional amenities, Villa Elara offers a unique holiday experience and the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out is until 11:00 AM. Tap water in Montenegro is generally safe to drink, and the standard electricity supply is 220V with European-style power outlets.
The official currency in Montenegro is the Euro (EUR). In accordance with local regulations, it is strictly prohibited to serve or sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. A refundable security deposit of EUR 300 is required in cash upon arrival.
