Villa Aria is a luxury holiday villa located in the peaceful village of Krimovica, on the beautiful Budva Riviera in Montenegro.
Spanning 450 m2 and accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa offers an exceptional combination of comfort, privacy, and premium amenities, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing Mediterranean getaway. The villa features a spacious and elegantly designed living room connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space for gathering and entertaining.
Guests have access to four comfortable bedrooms and five modern bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy throughout their stay.
The property is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a gaming console with a selection of games, as well as a washing machine and dryer. One of the villa’s unique features is its private wine cellar, perfect for enjoying local and international wines in an intimate setting.
For complete relaxation, guests can unwind in the private sauna and spa area, while the outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of Montenegro’s sunny climate. Outside, a large private swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for relaxing days under the sun. The beautifully arranged outdoor area also includes a traditional wood-fired barbecue and an outdoor dining space where guests can enjoy meals with family and friends.
Younger guests can spend time at the children's playground, while private parking for two vehicles is available within the property. Combining modern luxury, premium facilities, and a peaceful location just minutes from the beaches and attractions of the Budva Riviera, Villa Aria offers an unforgettable holiday experience in one of Montenegro’s most desirable destinations. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out is until 11:00 AM. Tap water in Montenegro is generally safe to drink, and the standard electricity supply is 220V with European-style power outlets.
The official currency in Montenegro is the Euro (EUR). In accordance with local regulations, it is strictly prohibited to serve or sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. A refundable security deposit of EUR 300 is required in cash upon arrival.
