Enjoy a comfortable, quiet, with all kinds of trees, and offering various opportunities for large families.
Our house, within walking distance of Urla center, is located in a quiet and respectable location away from the crowds. the front, back, and side gardens are for guests.
It is a 3-story house with 3+1 bedrooms, 1 large and 1 small bathroom.
It has a fireplace and a natural gas combi boiler heating system, and air conditioning is also available. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by car. We have a private parking lot, the entrance is independent, and the interior is bright and furnished with practical items.
The kitchen is suitable for all kinds of presentations and cooking. You can also enjoy pleasant moments in the conservatory veranda and terrace. The garden has the necessary facilities for a barbecue, it is private. We would be very happy if you prefer to smoke in the conservatory or the garden. We are happy to welcome your pets, provided they are in the garden. Our house is a semi-detached villa.
It doesn't share any common areas with the neighboring house. It's 30 minutes from Izmir Airport, and there's parking available in front of the house. The location is convenient for easy access to attractions such as Urla Pier, Art Street, Çeşmealtı, Urla Center, and Bağ Yolu. It's approximately 5 km from Urla's sandy beach.
