The shared front garden and outdoor seating area are also available to enjoy.
Entry is through a private entrance via a keypad smart lock.
The rear yard is private to the owners and not accessible to guests. Other Things to Note: • The homeowner occupies the upper floor of the home.
The ground-floor unit is completely private and has its own entrance, ensuring guests have a dedicated space throughout their stay.
Please note, however, that the front yard is shared. • As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home. • Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
