Exceptional chalet with premium amenities, ideally located in Gérardmer, just steps from the town centre and 5 minutes from Lake Gérardmer.
A chalet of around 180 m² spread over three levels.
On the main level, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a lounge/dining area seating 12 guests.
The main room leads onto a large terrace with sweeping views over the Vosges mountains. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 single beds, each with its own bathroom, plus a separate toilet. The garden level features a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 further double bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a lounge area with table football and a sofa/TV corner, a separate toilet, and direct outdoor access to the covered hot tub, outdoor sauna and pétanque court. The chalet is equipped with: air conditioning, a fireplace (wood provided), raclette sets, fondue sets, a crêpe maker, a wok, a Nespresso capsule machine, board games, a Bluetooth speaker, pétanque balls and a Mölkky set. Electric vehicle charging is available. Outside, you'll also have access to a lockable storage room for your skis, bikes and more. We offer guests optional services to enhance your stay: - Private catering delivered to your door - Grocery shopping before your arrival - Ski passes prepared ready for your arrival - In-house massages and other services on request The cleaning package includes beds made before your arrival, plus towels and bath sheets. Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted. The property is under video surveillance. For an even more comfortable stay, the property has an electric (plancha) barbecue, a kettle, a travel cot and a highchair (bedding not provided for the travel cot). A welcome kit awaits you on arrival: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 3 dishwasher tablets, a sponge, hand soap and 2 bin bags. ## Access ## Interaction ## Neighborhood The Xettes district is a residential neighbourhood with the sunniest hillside in town, offering wonderful views over the Gérardmer valley. Just 5 minutes from the town centre, you'll find shops, cafés, restaurants and other local amenities. ## Transit Chalet LE CERF is a few minutes from the fitness trail and close to numerous hiking routes. The property is 10 minutes from the alpine ski resort, also served by a ski shuttle (stop 5 minutes away). Es war alles vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Die Vermieterin hat auf Nachfragen schnell reagiert, war sehr nett und engagiert.Auch Spiele sind vorhanden. Bei größeren Gruppen empfiehlt es sich noch zusätzliches Toilettenpapier mitzubringen.
