Welcome to Camelback 352 — a beautifully updated townhouse nestled within the highly sought-after Camelback House community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
Just steps from the world-class shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment of Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town, this stylish 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat delivers the perfect blend of comfort, walkability, and resort-style Arizona living. Inside, guests will find a thoughtfully refreshed interior featuring a modernized kitchen, an inviting open-concept living and dining space, two spacious king bedrooms, and an updated main bathroom designed with a clean, contemporary feel.
Whether you're visiting for a long weekend, Spring Training, a golf getaway, or an extended stay, Camelback 352 offers a relaxed and elevated home base in one of Scottsdale’s most iconic locations. Step outside and enjoy the lush, resort-inspired grounds that make Camelback House a longtime favorite among visitors and locals alike.
Guests have access to four heated pools, expansive green lawns, mature citrus trees, gas BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas perfect for enjoying Scottsdale’s year-round sunshine. With unbeatable proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, premier golf courses, spring training stadiums, nightlife, restaurants, hiking, and luxury shopping, Camelback 352 places you right in the center of it all while still offering a peaceful retreat to come home to at the end of the day. Guests will have access to one covered parking space during their stay.
Additional guest parking is available on the west end of the Camelback House community, including multiple EV charging stations for electric vehicles.
Due to the unbeatable walkability of the location, many guests choose to park once and explore Old Town Scottsdale on foot. Camelback House features shared community laundry facilities that are private to residents and guests with smart-lock access.
Machines accept Apple Pay and major credit cards for convenience.
For an even more relaxed stay, we also offer optional laundry valet service for a small additional fee. The community is designed with one heated pool per quad, and guests are welcome to enjoy access to all pools throughout the Camelback House grounds during their stay. One of the best features of this location is that many guests rarely need a car once they arrive.
Old Town Scottsdale is highly walkable, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive throughout the area.
Free Scottsdale trolley routes, bike rentals, and scooters are also nearby for easy local transportation.
