It is located 50 m from the sandy beach "LEVANTE BEACH", 50 m from the restaurant, 100 m from the city "BENIDORM OLD TOWN", 100 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the bus station "BENIDORM", 3 km from the water park "AQUALANDIA", 6 km from the theme park "TERRA MITICA", 6 km from the Golf course "VILLAITANA", 65 km from the airport "ALICANTE", 65 km from the train station "ALICANTE" and is located in a well-connected area and next to the sea. It has a lift, 8 m² terrace, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning.
The independent kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
