Newly built villa with private garden, just 300 mt from the beach, split into two levels.
On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, with direct access to the covered patio and garden, plus a double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed with a private terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds (joinable), and another bathroom with a shower.

Die Zimmeraufteilung und die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum
Das Gartentor war nur mit Schlüssel zu öffnen.
Die Glocke am Gartentor war defekt (Leitungsschaden), daher konnte man sich nicht bemerkbar machen und auch den Türöffner von innen nicht nutzen.
Zwei Schlüssel waren daher für 6 Personen zu wenig.

Top Lage! Zum Strand und zur Stadtmitte.
Wir mussten den Sonnenschirm mit Liege+Stuhl zusätzlich bezahlen. Für diesen Preis sollte es enthalten sein!
