Please note that this is a private property, so we kindly ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible, both by public transport and by car. Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The apartment has two full private bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and one with a bathtub. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and personal hygiene products for your convenience. I highly recommend this place. The apartment is very well-maintained and has a beautiful terrace. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a shop and a bakery on the ground floor. If you rent a car, you can reach all the attractions in a maximum of 45 minutes. Thank you very much for great holiday.

The flat is very clean, modern and well-equipped. There’s a diving centre just a three-minute walk away. Right below the flat, there’s a mini-market and a bakery, which are very handy. The parking space is a real bonus. It’s easy to get to the island’s main roads and, consequently, to the various hiking trails.

A lovely flat with a fantastic view of the sea – you can even see it from the dining table and the sofa! Really spacious and well-equipped. The location is just as perfect! The swimming spot is within walking distance, there’s a bus stop right outside the door, and a bakery, supermarket and various restaurants are all in the same building complex – simply brilliant!
