Located on the city's main avenue, it is well-connected, has nearby parking, and is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00h and takes place in our office in Calle Argantonio 10. If you are going to arrive later than 20:00 it is necessary to let us know in advance in order to arrange your arrival. We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a telephone number available from 20:00 to solve any problem that may occur in the flat.
On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations. A deposit of 300€ by credit/debit card will be requested as a deposit, which will be returned within 72 hours after your departure.

El apartamento bien situado. Es un bajo con patio interior pero sin problema ni ruido. El único inconveniente el mal olor del baño que venia por las tuberías... Casa vez que se usaba la ducha y lavabo salía un mal olor a alcantarilla que deberían de arreglar ya que el piso es pequeño y hace la estancia muy desagradable ...

La mejor opción para estar en Cádiz, sin duda el apartamento goza de inmejorables instalaciones que hacen una estancia cómoda sin requerir más de lo que disponemos en los domicilios, sin duda la atención, seguimiento y profesionalidad de la agencia, estoy agradecido por ello.
