The villa’s elevated location means cooler evenings, quiet surroundings and extraordinary vistas that stretch from forested hillsides to the open sea. It’s the kind of setting where you can rise early for yoga on the terrace, spend the day discovering Sitges’ modernist architecture or lively promenade, and return home for a sunset soak in the rooftop hot tub. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. Not permitted. Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year.
Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Smoking and Vaping is not permitted. Please note that there is an extra €100 per week payable locally for use of the Jacuzzi, additional days charged pro rata and children under 16 years are not permitted to use the jacuzzi. Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old. 3-7 nights. No, extra €280 per week/stay (minimum charge), after this pro rata, payable locally.
Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival.
