The villa of approximately 350 m2, recently renovated and embellished with modern finishes, is made up of two apartments.
It is spread over three floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, mosquito nets and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. The first apartment is located in front of the swimming pool and has a large porch furnished with an outdoor sitting area, two comfortable deck chairs, a table with 6 chairs.
On the right of the entrance there is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and on the left there is a dining room, a lounge with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks.
Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Near the gate there is a panoramic terrace with a porch equipped with an outdoor sitting area and an extendable table that can accommodate the entire group.
From here we enter the second apartment directly on the first floor with a dining room with an extendable table that can accommodate the entire group and a decorative fireplace in an open space with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric coffee machine and, in the central island, an induction hob with extractable extractor hood and dishwasher, a bathroom with bidet, toilet and sink, a laundry room in a separate room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a spacious living room with TV satellite.
From here via an internal staircase (18 steps) we access the second floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks. Position Villa Mary is immersed in the famous Tuscan countryside among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves halfway between Florence and Siena. It is the ideal place for all those who love a holiday of relaxation and nature.

Equipment The villa is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, mosquito nets, baby bed, high chair. Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning or heating), wi-fi internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and cooking courses. Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only small pets are allowed.
Access to the villa via automatic gate.
Arrival must take place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (for arrivals after 8.00pm and before 12.00am a supplement of 50 euros will be paid on site). Any arrival outside the 5pm-8pm time slot must be agreed in advance.
Every Friday a technician is scheduled to check the pool. Extra costs to be paid on the spot -Tourist tax per person/day: 2,00 EUR -Heating (from November to April) due only if used, per day: 20,00 EUR -Final cleaning per booking.

Top! Villa met fantastisch uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Er is personeel in de villa dat ervoor zorgt dat het je aan niks ontbreekt. Sonia kookt op verzoek voor je en kan heerlijk koken! Wij hebben genoten van onze dagen in Villa Mary.
