- A fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its private bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC)
- A separate WC
First floor:
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A third bedroom with two single beds
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
The third and fourth bedrooms each have access to a shower room (shower, washbasin and WC).
Outside :
- A large garden and terrace with a large dining table, barbecue and lovely garden furniture.
The house is ideally situated in Capbreton, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
