Bryn Y Mor is an inviting house resting in Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey, set around 50 metres from the beach and enjoying unobscured sea views across the Menai Strait towards the mountains beyond.
To the front, a patio garden with furniture provides a wonderful place to sit and take in the coastal outlook, whether with a morning coffee or as the sun drops behind the hills.
Step inside via a practical hallway that leads through to the kitchen, where the electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher make it easy to prepare meals between seaside walks.
From here, move into the dining room to gather for unhurried suppers before drifting into the sitting room, where a stove‑style electric fire with a realistic flame creates a welcoming glow as you relax in front of the Smart TV after a day exploring the shoreline.
To the rear of the property, a small walled area offers thoughtful touches for coastal living, including an outside tap for rinsing sandy shoes, a retractable washing line and an external light.
The rear gate is accessed via a coded lock, providing both ease and added security when coming and going.
Upstairs, the super-king-size bedroom benefits from a TV and an en‑suite walk‑in shower room, while the twin bedroom is served by a separate shower room, allowing for smooth morning routines.
