Completely renovated in 2024, it is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained building.
You'll appreciate its modern, fully equipped kitchen and its bathroom with a walk-in shower. Its west-facing orientation, unobstructed views, and location in a quiet residential area make it a particularly pleasant base. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), perfect for comfortable nights after your days of exploring or working. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower.
You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and filter coffee maker, as well as many practical amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. Pets are not allowed, and the presence of a washing machine is a real plus for longer stays. A pleasant balcony completes this property, offering a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Public parking is available nearby, allowing you to park easily during your stay.
