Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with a TV and two double sofa beds - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower, washing machine and WC Outside: - A 10 m² terrace, facing north-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. What to do : - Agosta beach 450 m away - Radisson wellness centre 450 m away - Porticcio 5 km away (numerous restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) - Numerous beaches, water sports, cultural and gastronomic activities and hiking trails nearby (Gulf of Ajaccio). Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered private parking space (any type of vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest port: Port d'Ajaccio (21 km) - Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport 17 km away - Porticcio shuttle bus 5 km away (serving Ajaccio and Bonifacio).
