Magnificent holiday villa in Miami Platja, with a great location on the seafront and private direct access stairs to the sandy beach, equipped with every comfort and with a comfortable layout on the ground floor.
The house is very spacious, it has 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room with a bar area and direct access to the terrace-garden with a pleasant porch and panoramic views of the sea and the private pool, with terrace furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
Villa Margarita is a fantastic villa that has been recently renovated, with all the amenities for a comfortable vacation, with air conditioning, dishwasher, satellite TV, WIFI internet access included and parking area inside the plot.

(+) : Eine absolut tolle Villa an herrlicher Lage. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Ende September hatte es am Strand keine Leute und die Bucht gehörte so zu sagen uns alleine. (+) : Das Haus ist wundervoll. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und der riesige Pool lud direkt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist mega. In ein paar Schritten ist man direkt am Strand. Ebenfalls befindet sich ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
