Please note that this is a private property, so we kindly ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. The property is well served by public transport. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Almada city centre and Cacilhas. From Cacilhas, the ferry crosses the Tagus River to Lisbon's Cais do Sodré in just 10 minutes. For those travelling by car, the A2 motorway and the 25 de Abril Bridge provide easy access to Lisbon and the rest of the country. The beaches of Costa da Caparica are approximately 15 minutes away by car or bus. Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately 30 to 35 minutes away by car. This property has an automatic check-in system and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This spacious and welcoming 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to explore the region.

The property is located in a quiet residential area of Almada, close to local shops and excellent restaurants, and the connection to Lisbon is made via a short and scenic ferry ride, so guests can easily travel and explore the capital and the nearby beaches of Costa da Caparica! Welcome! This spacious and welcoming apartment, carefully decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere and make you feel at home, is the ideal starting point to explore Almada and its surroundings. Perfect for families or groups, this accommodation features a large, bright living room filled with natural light.
The living area is equipped with a generous L-shaped sofa, comfortable poufs, a TV and a practical side table (desk), making it the perfect space to relax and socialise. The kitchen, very spacious and independent, is fully equipped and includes a dining table for your meals.
In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge and washing machine to help you in your day-to-day life. The apartment comprises three comfortable and harmoniously decorated bedrooms, all with storage space for your belongings.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with inviting double beds, one of which benefits from access to an enclosed balcony (glazed veranda). The third bedroom is practical and serene, with two single beds. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms (one full bathroom with bathtub and one practical service bathroom) are equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

Unnecessary opportunism with the same customer
: I really liked the flat
I didn’t like it because I made a booking for 234 and I don’t know why it was cancelled; at the same time, they said I could rebook, but less than five minutes later the same booking had gone up to 280. I didn’t think that was right – it was very opportunistic and wrong.
