Mike’s Place on the Cove is a welcoming detached house which is newly built in 2025 resting in Sandy Cove, Kinmel Bay near Rhyl, Conwy, offering a good base for families with its reverse-level layout, sea glimpses, and a choice of outdoor spaces including a balcony and enclosed rear garden.
With off-road parking and the beach just moments away, it provides an appealing setting for those eager to enjoy the coast.
Entering the property, the ground floor hosts all four bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of groups.
The super-king-size room offers generous space, while the King-size benefits from an en-suite walk-in shower.
A twin with a TV and a triple bunk room provide flexible sleeping arrangements for children or accompanying guests.

Mike’s Place On the Cove consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating, sitting area, Smart TV, and WiFi. The ground-floor bedrooms include a super-king-size, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a triple bunk with double below single, and a twin with TV. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, while the first floor hosts a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars, a front gravel garden, an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture, and a balcony.
