Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area of Llafranc, just 800m from the centre and the beach, this warm house fully renovated spreads over three levels.
At the main level, you will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, giving access to a terrace with a view of the sea and mountains.
On the upper floor, enjoy an independent parental space comprising a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a dressing room.
On the ground floor, a second sleeping area features three beautiful bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (150 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends.

Important information: the house being spread over several levels accessible by stairs, and the outdoor space not being equipped with a high protection (such as a barrier, fence, etc.), it is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children. - Bed linen and towels not included.
