Modern and welcoming 50 square meters apartment, perfect for four people, located on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests). The property is located in the Cascina Merlata neighborhood, a growing area on the outskirts of Milan, offering a wide range of amenities and close to the large Merlata Bloom shopping center.
The apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and large terrace.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: assigned parking space on the lower ground floor, unlimited Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning with home automation, underfloor heating with home automation, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
