The accommodation consists of a bright living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, air conditioning, and a reserved parking space to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The condominium is located on the main street of Lido di Pomposa, in a strategic position: close to all major services, shops, and restaurants, with direct access to the beach.
Services on request (must be booked in advance)

• Bathroom linen: €10.00 per person
Pets
• Only one pet per accommodation is allowed, upon request
• Cost: €5.00 per night
In case of failure to declare the presence of a pet or if more than one pet is brought in, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the stay without refund.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory and is the guest’s responsibility upon return of the accommodation.
The apartment must be returned tidy and clean, including:
• removal of food residues
• cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils
• disposal of waste
If the cleaning is not satisfactory, a fee of €90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of €90.00.
