Single-storey. Well appointed lodge on a self contained tree lined development on a Parkdean site. Two bedrooms with TVs: 1 x double with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, basin and WC. 1 x twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV and electric fire. Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster. Fuel and power bed linen and towels inc. in rent but please bring towels for the beach or pool. Heated indoor pool and sauna on site, please enquire regarding costs. Bar and Restaurant, Costa Coffee, soft play area. Decking with furniture. Bar and Restaurant, Costa Coffee, soft play area. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 0.18 miles. Shop within 1.31 miles. Please note June to August the property can only accept weekly bookings from a Saturday. For other times of the year bookings can be accepted for a miimum of 5 nights eg Monday to Friday. Please note this property does need 72 hours notice before any booking - thank you for your understanding.
