Queen Home Martinne is a welcoming 36 sqm open space located on the ground floor in the heart of Bologna , perfect for those who want to discover the wonders of the Emilian capital.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for a rejuvenating rest after a day of exploring the city.
In the living area you will find a single sofa bed , ideal for a third guest, in a bright and well-organized environment. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances: oven, microwave and fridge with freezer, to allow you to enjoy the delicacies of the famous Bolognese culinary tradition at home. The functional bathroom with attention to detail guarantees comfort throughout your stay. The apartment is equipped with all the essential services : air conditioning for the hot Bolognese summers, Wi-Fi connection to always stay connected and washing machine for your daily needs.
For your relaxation, a television is available.
The balcony offers an outdoor space where you can enjoy moments of tranquility. Queen Home Martinne is a non-smoking property , designed to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests. City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax applied in many Italian municipalities to guests staying in accommodation facilities, such as tourist apartments, holiday homes, hotels, B&Bs and guest houses. Once inside the apartment, you will also find the physical keys, which you can use throughout your stay to open any gates, main doors or external building accesses. Please make sure you have a working phone with you upon arrival and contact us as soon as you are in front of the external entrance of the building, so that we can properly assist you with your first access.
