The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, bright apartment for rent in Toulouse, with fibre optic Wi-Fi access, a surface area of 82 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an extra bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - a large entrance hall with storage space - A 30 m² living room with lounge area and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with the following appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200) and large dressing rooms - A bedroom/study with a sofa bed (160x 200), storage space and a desk. - A bathroom with shower and vanity unit - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and to provide fans in each bedroom.
The flat also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A balcony to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally located in Toulouse.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest underground station: François Verdier, a 5-minute walk away (line B) - Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau, 16 minutes away by bus - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac, with the airport shuttle (Jean Jaures stop). Climatisation et propreté
Escalier dangereux dans la partie commune. Manquait le badge d accès au parking ce qui nécessitait de payer le stationnement plusieurs fois par jour.
J ai changé les piles de la telecommande box orange tv .
Surcout global sur séjour d'environ 30 euros.
