This magnificent house has a large private pool, with garden, consists of two independent apartments with 2 double bedrooms, a large dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large equipped terrace and sea views, (in each apartment). Pets not accepted.
In the pool area there is a toilet for more comfort.
The house is located in the quiet and family town of Colera, where you can enjoy many and varied family activities that are carried out throughout the year.
In this area of the Costa Brava you will find small hidden places such as the Mirador dels Canons, the Art Parc, the Illa Grossa and the Illa Petita, the lost village of Molinàs or the Ermita de Sant Miquel. This small town is located between Cap de Creus and Albera very close to the fishing villages of Llançà, Port de la Selva, Cadaqués, where you can discover the history and culture of the area, the gastronomy and its magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava. Colera is also close to Figueres, where you will find shops, restaurants and the beautiful museum of the magnificent Dalí. Also very close you will find the rustic town of Peralada with its large Casino, and the small towns of Alt Empordà with their famous vineyards and wines with [hidden] Empordà.
