First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.

The cottage has been extended to create a warm and inviting living space, complete with exposed beams, an electric wood burner, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Sky package.
French doors lead through to a spacious country-style kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven. To the rear, a porch provides a useful space for coats and boots, while outside, a private enclosed patio, just a few yards from the cottage, offers seating and bike storage.
The ground floor features a separate toilet for added convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find a kingsize master bedroom with lovely sea views, a twin and a modern shower room. Set in the heart of the village within walking distance to Runswick bay, and a short walk from the welcoming local pub, Lobster Pot is just a five-minute drive from Staithes.
This historic fishing village is home to a charming pier, excellent pubs, and a highly regarded steak restaurant.
A little further along the coast lies the atmospheric town of Whitby, with its dramatic Abbey ruins, connections to Bram Stoker’s Dracula, and a wide choice of shops, bars, and boat trips.
