Settle into a space designed for a great stay — a well-appointed kitchen, a sleek marble-tiled bathroom, cosy bedrooms, and a relaxed living lounge with smart TV. In-suite laundry and free street parking make day-to-day life easy, while transit, parks, local dining, and downtown Vancouver are all just minutes away.
A comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring everything the city has to offer. • Private self-contained 2-bedroom basement suite • Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds • Full bathroom with shower/tub combo • Open-plan living and dining area with hardwood-style flooring throughout • Living area with a freestanding smart TV • Dining table for 2 — ideal for meals or working remotely • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances • In-unit stacked washer and dryer • Lots of free street parking Guest Access: Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire basement suite via a private entrance.
The suite is fully self-contained on the lower level — with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living areas — and is not shared with any other guests.
Other occupants reside in the upper floors of the home and have no access to the basement suite. Other Things to Note: • This is a basement suite within a multi-unit home; other occupants live in the units above • Other occupants live in the upstairs and adjacent units • Access to the suite requires descending a short flight of exterior stairs from street level — please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns • As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home. • Pack n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each. Distances to Landmarks: • Joyce–Collingwood SkyTrain Station: ~10 min walk • Metrotown Shopping Centre: ~10 min drive • Downtown Vancouver: ~20 min drive • Trout Lake Park: ~10 min drive • Vancouver International Airport (YVR): ~30 min drive The Neighborhood: The suite is well-served by transit, with several bus routes nearby providing direct connections to Commercial–Broadway Station on the Expo Line, putting downtown Vancouver within a short commute.
The area is also very bikeable, with relatively flat terrain and dedicated cycling infrastructure on nearby routes.
A car is convenient for weekend day trips, and free street parking is available directly outside the property.
Vancouver International Airport is roughly a 30–40 minute drive depending on traffic. Getting Around: The property is well-served by public transit, with nearby bus routes connecting to SkyTrain stations and downtown Vancouver.
Major roads provide convenient access for driving, and free street parking is typically available in front of the home.
