This delightful holiday home of approximately 140 m² is set in peaceful, green surroundings on the outskirts of the charming village of Callas in Provence.
The house is ideal for families or friends looking for peace and privacy, while still wanting to be close to village life and local restaurants. The house is arranged over three levels and offers a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the top floor, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the main level, there is an entrance into a bright and open living space with an integrated living room and kitchen/dining area, as well as direct access to the spacious terrace that wraps around the house. On the lower level – with direct access to the pool area – there is a fourth bedroom with its own entrance and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Next to the pool, there is also an additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
A covered lounge area provides a cozy shaded spot for relaxing by the pool. The house is equipped with floor cooling, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature during the summer months.
