The villa is located on the outskirts of the southern Cretan village of Pitsidia and has an enchanting view of the Ida Mountains and is only 5 minutes away from the south coast of Crete.
Pitsidia has remained untouched by mass tourism and has retained its traditional, typical character of a small Greek village.
In the village there are several mini markets, bakeries, traditional tavernas, cafés, car hire and hairdressers.Events (traditional Cretan folklore or classical rock, for example) are regularly organised in the village square in summer. The extensive beach (Komos) is approx. 2 km away and can be reached by car in approx. 5 minutes.
About 4 km from Pitsidia is the picturesque fishing village of Matala, which became famous thanks to the hippies who lived in caves in the 1960s.
Every year in June an international music festival, the Matala Beach Festival, is organised. This house is a new, modern designed holiday villa in Pitsidia with private pool and garden.
