The Residence Il Giardino di Lory, completed in June 2011, is the ideal place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the beautiful scenery of Lake Como.Located in Vercana, a delightful village two kilometres from the lake, it enjoys a privileged position from which it is possible to admire all the splendour and hidden charm of the lake.The ground floor also enjoys a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool from which you can enjoy an unparalleled view.The pool is surrounded by the solarium area, complete with deckchairs and sunshades.Adjacent to the flat is the garden and playground for the little ones.An equipped barbeque area and a laundry room are available.Parking is 100 metres from the flat; a private parking space is available, otherwise there is the possibility of using the adjacent public car park.To reach the residence it is necessary to walk along a cobbled pedestrian street, which is not recommended for those with walking problems.The flat is located on the first floor and is spread over two levels: on the ground floor is the living area consisting of a bright living room with kitchenette; on the same floor is the first of the three bathrooms of the house.
