The ROSA flat is located on the ground floor of a villa that includes three other flats.
The villa is called Casale Nunziatina and is an old farmhouse built in 1700.
In 2007 it was extensively renovated but has retained its original features, such as the arches, walls and roofs in rustic style, and combines the taste with which the restoration was carried out with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday.
The flat is cared for in every detail in order to guarantee guests' comfort.

The last 500 metres before arriving the house the road is an old Roman road two metres wide and slightly uphill but this is no problem for guests who can walk.The property has no parking but we have an agreement with a guarded car park 500 metres away.
