This villa is on the north side of the island of Kos, with a view towards Pserimos, Kalymnos and the Turkish mainland.
Next to it, about 30 metres away, there is a second, separate villa with a pool and a garden.
The proximity to the beach makes the spacious house ideal for a seaside holiday with family or friends.The upper floor has a living room with modern furniture, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace.
