THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE SALE WITHOUT THE USE OF ZERO CHEMICAL CHLORINE Cà Della Fumana is a brand new flat in an old drying room for the grapes of Amarone della Vapolicella finely renovated in 2019, immersed in the tranquility of the valley, the junction point between the city of Verona, Lake Garda and Lessinia.
Situated behind Fumane at the foot of Mount Rivoli under the spectacular and evocative Sanctuary of the Madonna de la Salette, which is a fantastic panoramic balcony over the vineyards of Valpolicella, it is the ideal place to regain energy.
Its particular location makes it suitable for both a relaxing holiday and cultural tourism, thanks to the convenience with which one can reach the main tourist destinations in the Veneto region, such as Verona, Lake Garda, Venice, Treviso and Trentino.
For lovers of walking and cycling there are routes immersed in nature.
For lovers of good food and wine there are numerous wine and food routes with wine tastings; the owners, who are in love with their territory, offer to suggest tasting routes.The property also has an outdoor park equipped with sun loungers and barbecue, parasol, table and chairs for dining.The house consists of a main area where the owners reside and an independent area reserved for guests.

For those who love good wine, since we are in the centre of the historic Valpolicella area, there are about a hundred wine cellars offering tastings and guided tours.

Also nearby are the Fumane Caves, which bear witness to the uninterrupted presence of Neanderthal Man and then Homo sapiens sapiens from about 80,000 to 25,000 years ago.
