This first-floor flat is approximately 100 square metres with a 50 square metre terrace.The flat has three entrances, two from the garden to the living room and one from the garden to the terrace and from there to the kitchen.
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen.
There is a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a mocha coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, a washing machine.
The kitchen leads to the large living room with a fireplace, dining area and living area with chairs and a sofa that can be used as a double bed.
A corridor leads from the living room to the bedrooms.
The first bedroom, on the left, has two bunk beds and a large wardrobe, then there is a double bedroom, followed by a double bedroom, a single bed and a private bathroom with shower.At the end of the corridor is a large bathroom with shower.
The terrace has a wrought-iron gazebo with chairs and a large marble table and there are four sun loungers.In the garden there is an outdoor hot shower and a barbecue.Our holiday home is only 300 metres from the beach and is surrounded by numerous pine trees.On a plot of approximately 1200 square metres, the two-storey villa houses four flats, each with its own terrace.The town centre is within walking distance and during the summer months numerous concerts and cultural events take place on the promenade.
Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden.Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as a changing room, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols, and access to a free beach.Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba.
Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea.
From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).MANDATORY PORTA A PORTA WASTE COLLECTION: if rubbish accumulates at check-out, a charge will be deducted from the deposit.

Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro della Marina di Castagneto. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. È utile sapere che, non distante dalla villa, la proprietà gestisce un parco botanico, che abbiamo visitato con visit...
