This charming holiday home is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, just outside Florence (25 km).Surrounded by centuries-old olive and cypress trees, this restored barn enjoys breathtaking 360° views from its hilltop position.This elegant and comfortable cottage has preserved its original architecture, retaining the local stone, wood-beamed ceilings and Florentine terracotta floors.Furnished in typical Tuscan style, the house is rich in exceptional works of art, such as valuable paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical knick-knacks.The house is spread over two floors and consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor.
On the upper floor is an open gallery with fireplace and a spacious living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two persons).Amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, CD player, safe.Outside there is a large, sunny veranda, fully equipped, where you can sunbathe or have meals al fresco.There is also an infinity pool with a whirlpool corner, measuring 2 metres, complete with poolside furniture (11x7 metres, open from May to the end of September), from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.The holiday home has an automatic gate for parking.This Tuscan house is ideally located for those who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in a wonderful environment and at the same time visit art centres, medieval villages and much more.
