The 1-room studio apartment with terrace is on the ground floor of a chalet.
The area is 25 m2. The chalet is situated in a very quiet area with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The studio also has a sunbathing lawn, which invites you to relax.
The kitchen is well equipped.
There are two beds in the living room.
There is also a shower with WC, cable TV, radio and WLAN.
In the summer months there is a parking lot directly behind the house.
In winter there is a garage in the garage.
Pets are not allowed.
Free admission to the sports centre (indoor swimming pool and ice rink). The house is very centrally located, only 100 metres from the nearest shop or restaurant and 500 metres from the gondola lift or railway station.
The whole chalet as well as the studio is very well maintained.
