Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.
We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. This three-bedroom apartment was once the residence of the iconic Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa, adding a unique literary touch to your stay.
It’s ideally located near many top attractions, shops, and the Rato metro station is just 10 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my home – a place full of charm and history! This spacious 138m² apartment was once the residence of the iconic Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa, adding a unique literary touch to your stay.
It’s ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is bright and inviting, featuring oversized windows that flood the space with natural light.
Relax on the comfortable sofa, catch up on your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy a meal at the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from an electric hob, oven, and microwave to a coffee machine and all essential cookware and utensils. The apartment has two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds.
All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh after a day of exploring. To ensure a pleasant experience, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Come enjoy this comfortable, historic space and experience Lisbon like a local – with a touch of literary legacy!

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, the staff were very helpful, the flat is very comfortable, the beds and shower are great, and the location is excellent – close to a supermarket and a lovely square. I highly recommend it.

Large and spacious
