We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus station, Costa Caparica (Av D Sebastião 73), is just a 3-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, tastefully decorated and featuring a comfortable double bed, another TV, and generous storage to keep your belongings organised during your stay. The fresh and functional bathroom offers soft towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has elevator. Enjoy your stay!

Cosy flat by the ocean: Stylish apartment a 2-minute walk from the beach. The bedroom is secluded and quiet, perfect for sleeping. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both air conditioners were not working, but the owner quickly delivered heaters.

I spent a very relaxing few days at the lodge The lodge was very well located next to the beach and easy to get to. Very comfortable beds.
It lacked a stool to reach the bathroom sink, which is too high, and a kitchen knife.

Very pretty and well equipped apartment with a partial sea view. I felt very comfortable while staying there and was pleasently surprised how well everything was organized and about the quick and easy communication with guestready. Would definitely recommend this place!
