We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
The nearest bus stop, Carda - Moro Zeit (Central Market), line 73, is just a 3-minute walk away.
Valencia Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax) Ideal flat for couples or families wishing to experience the best of Valencia.

Our accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make the most of your time in the city.
We look forward to welcoming you! Welcome to our apartment! This cozy 50m² flat is conveniently located near Valencia’s main attractions, such as the Central Market and La Lonja de la Seda, right in the city center.
It’s surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering different culinary options.
Please note that the apartment is located at street level.
The open-plan living area includes a sofa, a TV, and a dining table for 4.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils to prepare whatever you need.
It also features an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other useful appliances.
Further inside, you’ll find the two bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe with curtains each of them.
Although the place is a bit dim, around the flat you can find wood windows that provides some natural light.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Lastly, you'll find the bathroom which is well equipped, offering clean towels and toiletries for your comfort.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned.

Clean, well appointed accommodation with two good rooms, and kitchen with all the utensils you might need. Clear instructions to find it, and location in the old town is perfect. Communication from the host was quick and clear. I would recommend this place!

Great location. Really central to Vielle Valencia A little dark, but if out all day, that didn't matter. Beds were very very comfortable. Kitchen had everything that was needed
