Le Grain de Sel is an apartment located on the first floor of a three-story building (with elevator) in the heart of Le Pouliguen, 800 meters from the beach, 500 meters from shops, and 200 meters from the train station.
Private parking and a shared storage area for bicycles/strollers are included.
There is a small 4 m² balcony (southwest facing).
The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), one small bedroom (with a 140x190 cm bed), and a shower room/toilet.
Amenities include: Bluetooth speaker, smart TV, Wi-Fi access, baby cot, and one adult bicycle.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome free of charge (100€ deposit required).
