Location JoLi Beach House is the only building on its block, in a quiet residential area on the edge of Santa Maria: - Angulo Beach Club: 9 min walk - Kite Beach: 10 min by car (2 km), a top spot for kitesurfing and windsurfing - Santa Maria town square and market: about 15 min walk - Santa Maria Beach and pier: 20 min walk - Sal airport: about 25 min by car Good to know - This studio is on the ground floor, close to the building’s main entrance.
You may hear other guests coming and going, especially at check-in and check-out times.
The upside is easy, step free access to your terrace, the pool and your car. - Fresh towels and linens on arrival, changed weekly.
Extra changes are available on request for a small fee. - Free street parking. - No smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Super logement, propre, bien équipé et situé en face de la mer ainsi qu’à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville de Santa Maria . L’hôte était réactive, elle nous a envoyé un taxi à l’arrivée et au départ du Airbnb . J’ai passé un excellent moment !
Pas : Je n’ai pas bien lu l’annonce donc j’ai été surprise par les 150 euro de taxes de dépenses à payer à l’arrivée .

Mieszkanie znajduje się w nowo wybudowanym bloku. Nie wszystkie mieszkania są jeszcze gotowe, czasami słychać odgłosy remontu. Mieszkanie jest urządzone nowocześnie, ma wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Jest naprawdę piękne i przestronne. W kompleksie znajduje się również basen. Gorąco polecam

The house was almost new. Comfortable bed.
Maybe because of the security reasons, it was not “freely” to enter the house. But there was always a house keeper to let you in.
