It is located on a quite flat area.
There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland.
The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day! The famous places are : - Tony-Garnier hall - Stade Gerland - Sports hall of Lyon Palais des sports de Lyon - Castle La Motte - Lyon-III University - The Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon ## Transports Metro/Bus : Line B (Place Jean Jaurès station) : 3 mn walk. Line 64 (Pré Gaudry station): 1 mn on foot. From Lyon Perrache station: 13 mn by metro.

L'appartement est assez spacieux et en même temps très cozy. Tout était parfait ! En plus j'ai oublié ma liseuse dans l'appartement et Meril m'a même proposé de l'amener à Paris la prochaine fois qu'il y passera.

Positive:
L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité d’une station de métro. Il peut convenir pour quelques nuits à petit budget.
Negative:
Les équipements sont assez vieillissants, aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain.
Le lit n’est pas très confortable.
L’annonce mentionne deux chambres, alors qu’il n’y en a en réalité qu’une seule, située dans le salon.
