Manor Farm House, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen island breakfast bar, and dining table for 12, a kitchen with in the annex, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with annex, a gym room with gym equipment, two cloakrooms with basin and golden WC, a study with three armchairs and piano, and a cinema room with cinema sofa, 4k projector, blackout blinds, corner sofa, electric fire, and speakers. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, two doubles, double with en-suite, and two ground-floor double accessed via stairs with en-suites. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a second bathroom all in a Hollywood Hills style. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture, lawn, pizza oven, bar, beer tap, barbecue, hot tub, sauna, trampoline and private driveway parking for three cars.
