The historic center and all the city's main attractions are a short 5-7 minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, central air conditioning and hairdryer. - Cribs and cots available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: - Building has an elevator, but there are steps to access; - Entrance and common areas are under video surveillance; - Respect the recycling regulations (fines range from €50 to €250); - Smoking is prohibited (fines range from €50 to €250); - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
